Ranged combat is very nice in TW2 and looks great, although in some places such as caves and small rooms you can often find yourself overwhelmed and having to retreat to a safe distance or fire as many arrows into the bad guys face while hoping you don't die. And once you get a nice set of robes a nice staff and some of your very own made spells, yes you can make your own spells, you'll soon be commanding undead minions or hurling bouncing fire bolts at enemies in no time. It can be off putting but stick to it because mage gets VERY VERY good. Magic combat is, I found at least, hard to begin with because early in the game you don't really put out enough damage to stop whatever fiend your attacking from getting close and bashing your face in. Take dual wielding for example, your character fights with such grace and graphical brilliance you'll sometimes check twice your not watching a well choreographed cinematic. ![]() Melee combat itself is great with nice fluid block and counter mechanics that look amazing, melee combat is refreshingly dynamic in the sense that it isn't the same attack animation over and over until the bad guy is dead. The combat can seem a bit daunting and difficult at first, especially as a mage but you'll soon find yourself slaying many of the creatures TW2 has to offer and having a hell of alot of fun while doing so. ![]() First off, =Gameplay= The game play is solid and moving around feels great even while sprinting which may I add looks amazing. A bold statement? Yes.įirst off, The best RPG since oblivion, this game is an underrated fine piece of RPG gaming. The best RPG since oblivion, this game is an underrated fine piece of RPG gaming. If there are any issues or advices let me know. Use Nvidiainspector, use my edited nvidiainspectorprofile, look for Two Worlds Call of Tenebrae ("use the search bar to find it quick") and Add Two worlds II Dx10 as aplication. paste the Parameters folder into the Main TW II Folder, it normally doesn't have one if it has, replace itĢ. (Y) = Triangle, (X) = Square, (B) = Circle, (A) = Cross or Xġ. Replace the main files with my edited ones located in the Wdfiles, you have to open them with TW2WDtools, repack and pack them again, for a detailed description (you won't see the button displays !!!)īUTTONS MEMORIZE : XBOX Controllers (Y) is agree with what he said or asked (X) is disagree with what he said or asked (B) is leaving conversation or displaying more options (A) is the main thing I edited the presets for humans so you can choose between all options now, you normally can only in Multiplayer or Call Of Tenebrae so it's not limited anymore, you could also play as different races such as Elfs or Orcs, but for this you have to change it manually in the presets, changing the Hero_single.txt into Human_elf for example. Used nvidiainspector and also changed the parameters. I made many icons invisble or (had to) delete them completely cause they were files i couldn't change without my game crashing (startup folder), so i had to disable them completely from the game such as the button display. (.LESS VISIBLE INVENTORY + ICONS + CROSSHAIR.) ,Īlso i don't know if this works with Call of Tenebrae, i wanna play the campaigns first, before i spoiler myself to much :D, feel free to comment and let me know if there are beter solutions or somethings wrong. ![]() Hey, i changed a bunch of Stuff for Two Worlds II version 2.0, which are all shown in the images ,Īlso i probably could have changed everthing more acccurate and better, but i only played (no kidding) through the tutorial, so i did this to enjoy it for myself and i didn't want to invest to much time to it, took me forever to locate every file i had to change and there still some files left haha.
